Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Design content from sketch to final deliverable
  • Create marketing materials for both our clients and our company
  • Design modern websites for a variety of businesses
  • Conceptualize and design logos and other branding elements for clients
  • Collaborate with co-workers and clients to produce the best designs possible
  • Be the creative ambassador for our team

Requirements:

  • Advanced skill and experience in Adobe products, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A great sense of design including typography, scale, color, information hierarchy, and space
  • A customer-first mentality
  • A modern portfolio demonstrating a high level of design skill
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems visually
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A strong appreciation and understanding of both web and print design

Sales Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and guests
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Qualifying prospective customers
  • Setting up consultation appointments
  • Following up with customers and prospects
  • Setting up new website and marketing projects for clients
  • Handling basic technical support and billing questions
  • Attending local networking events and business socials occasionally

Requirements:

  • Experience with computers, ideally using Apple/Mac OS
  • Basic knowledge of website design

Search Strategist

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic digital marketing plans for new & existing clients that align with their business goals
  • Building and launching PPC, SEO, and social media marketing campaigns
  • Generating strategic keyword lists, writing ad copy, and structuring marketing campaigns for optimal performance
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign performance and executing key campaign optimizations daily
  • Managing multiple accounts and marketing campaigns
  • Delivering and explaining monthly PPC, Social Media & SEO reports for clients
  • Consulting with customers about digital marketing strategies
  • Identifying new opportunities for client growth

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in search engine marketing, including SEO and AdWords management
  • Google certified in AdWords, Analytics, Display and/or Shopping is a plus
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Experience and knowledge of Google’s services, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords Keyword Planner, and Search Console
  • Experience working with WordPress
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
