Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic digital marketing plans for new & existing clients that align with their business goals
- Building and launching PPC, SEO, and social media marketing campaigns
- Generating strategic keyword lists, writing ad copy, and structuring marketing campaigns for optimal performance
- Monitoring ongoing campaign performance and executing key campaign optimizations daily
- Managing multiple accounts and marketing campaigns
- Delivering and explaining monthly PPC, Social Media & SEO reports for clients
- Consulting with customers about digital marketing strategies

Requirements:
- Well-versed in search engine marketing, including SEO and AdWords management
- Google certified in AdWords, Analytics, Display and/or Shopping is a plus

- Experience and knowledge of Google’s services, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords Keyword Planner, and Search Console

- Responding to clients’ support requests and inquiries via phone and email
- Responding to clients’ billing questions and changes via phone and email
- Making requested updates to clients’ websites
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing technical issues such as errors with DNS or websites being down
- Walking clients through making basic content updates in WordPress/Divi
- Transferring websites and other services (domain registration, DNS, etc.) from other hosting providers to Slamdot
- Monitoring and renewing domain registrations
- Monitoring and renewing SSL certificates
- Monitoring client invoices and following up when payment is not received
- Assisting teammates with technical questions, billing questions and website updates
- Working on in-house projects such as website updates and account maintenance during downtime
