OnSite Support
Your Slamdot Store provides onsite support and training services anywhere in Knoxville and nearby surrounding areas. Here are some of the things we can do at your location.
- Email setup on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Group training on content management, SEO, blogging, and other topics.
- Installation of email, FTP, or website publishing software.
We do not charge for mileage, however we do start the clock upon our departure. Our standard rate is $85/hour, however please contact us for an estimate.
Remote Support
We may be able to troubleshoot and resolve some things without having to come out to your location. This is especially helpful if you're not in Knoxville.
All you'll need to do is download and run a simple tool that will provide us with access to your desktop. To get started, go to the join.me website and click Share. Then, just follow the instructions they provide to share your screen with us. We'll take it from there.
The rate is still $85/hour, but you won't have to pay for travel time!
