Server Guy or Gal

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting customer issues via our ticket system (level 3)
• Setting up and hardening new/existing servers
• Monitoring and resolving server-related issues
• Performing scheduled maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Extensive Linux background (4+ years experience)
• Experience troubleshooting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service manners
• Ability to multi-task
• Good writing skills

Support Rockstar

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting customer issues via our ticket system (levels 1 & 2).
• Providing guidance on basic website maintenance tasks
• Interacting with customers via our support forums

Requirements:

• Strong Linux background (2+ years experience is ideal).
• Experience troubleshooting software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service manners
• Ability to multi-task
• Good writing skills
