Content Developer
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new customer websites and hosting accounts
- Creating and managing content through WordPress
- Helping customers setup and configure email programs
- Meeting with customers about their website or hosting service
- Troubleshooting customer issues via our ticket system
- Working with customers to gather and optimize their content
- Assisting customers with making changes to their website
- Following up with customers about their website's progress
- Optimizing customer-supplied content for search engines
- Formatting customers' content with HTML and CSS
- Creating and managing social media accounts for customers
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with WordPress
- Proficient with social networking sites
- Experience troubleshooting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service manners
- Ability to multi-task
- Office management skills
- Good writing skills
SEO/SEM/SMO Pro
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing content and optimizing for search
- Creating and managing social media campaigns for customers
- Customizing social media profiles
- Consulting with customers about internet marketing
- Teaching SlamCamp classes on social media and SEO
- Setting up and managing pay-per-click campaigns
Requirements:
