We offer free in-store technical support to Pro & Max hosting customers in 15 minute blocks. You'll also receive an initial Face-to-Face sales consultation with the purchase of your Slamdot Site.
Sometimes you may need more dedicated one-on-one time for a technical issue, or to sit down with your project manager at length. When a phone call or email just won't do, come in for a Face-to-Face at your Slamdot Store!
With Face-to-Face you can schedule an appointment to get hands-on, one-on-one support when you need it most, with a friendly face and expertise you've come to expect. The first fifteen minutes are free. After that, it's just $85/hour.
You can use Face-to-Face time to:
- Get help with WordPress
- Meet with your project manager one-on-one
- Find out how to better format your content
- Go through pictures and documents for your site
- Get ideas to help with your SEO efforts
- Discuss your current social media strategy
- Setup email accounts on your laptop or cellphone
